Terms & Conditions 1 mcuci — Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1 mcuci ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the 1 mcuci.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1 mcuci, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time. These Terms apply to all users regardless of access method — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device.

If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 1 mcuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, subject to reasonable notice to registered members.

Services 1 mcuci is only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration;
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where online betting is not specifically prohibited under applicable local laws;
• Never prohibited by 1 mcuci from using the platform for any reason;
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party when using this platform;
• Not classified as a vulnerable individual or having previously requested to be excluded from betting activities.

By registering, you declare that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. Any false or misleading information submitted during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

To use the services of 1 mcuci in full, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate information including your full name, a valid email address, a Malaysian phone number, and a secure password.

Mandatory Account Rules:

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited;
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone;
• Account 1 mcuci are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party;
• You must notify 1 mcuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation;
• The name on your account must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet owner used for transactions.

All financial transactions at 1 mcuci conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a wide range of local payment methods popular among Malaysians.

Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and Bank Islam.

The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same verified member's name. 1 mcuci will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Should a withdrawal to another party's account be detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the matter referred to our compliance team.

Deposits made via unsupported methods will not be credited automatically. In such cases, please contact customer support 1 mcuci within 24 hours, together with proof of transaction for further investigation.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1 mcuci — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and festive offers — are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer.

• Terms turnover (rollover) must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The turnover requirement for each promotion is stated on the respective promotion page;
• Bonuses may not be claimed simultaneously unless specifically stated. Claiming conflicting bonuses will result in the cancellation of one or all of the bonuses involved;
• Bonus abuse — including hedge betting (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or employing methods deemed fraudulent — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account termination;
• 1 mcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Your weekly cashback bonus will be credited to your account every Monday by no later than 23:59 (Malaysian Time, GMT+8).

All games available at 1 mcuci — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, video slots, and table games — have specific rules accessible within each game's interface. Users are responsible for understanding these rules before playing.

For Sports Betting, including Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and esports matches, the following additional rules apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in the event of a match cancellation or an officially announced change to the event format;
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours of the scheduled time, all related bets will be considered void and stakes refunded;
• In the event of a technical error affecting betting outcomes, 1 mcuci reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the original stake;
• Odds displayed are current and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds applied are those at the time of bet confirmation, not at the time of the initial click.

For Live Casino games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sicbo, the dealer's decision is final and may not be disputed once a round has concluded.

User 1 mcuci are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, or any system designed to exploit or manipulate games or the betting system;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game (collusion);
• Attempting to hack, attack, or access any unauthorised area of the platform;
• Using insider information or confidential information not publicly available to place bets;
• Placing hedge bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profits from bonuses;
• Using unauthorised payment methods or engaging in fraudulent transactions;
• Posting offensive, abusive, or threatening content directed at other users or staff 1 mcuci.

1 mcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe;
• Registration by individuals under the age of 18;
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the user themselves.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team 1 mcuci. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus turnover requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the original payment method.

1 mcuci takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and our detailed privacy policy is available on the Privacy Policy.

The information we collect is used for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1 mcuci is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform;
• Service disruptions caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure);
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence;
• Any game outcome disputed after it has been confirmed by an independently audited system.

Under no circumstances shall the total aggregate liability of 1 mcuci to any user shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

1 mcuci is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment only, and not a means of resolving financial difficulties.

We provide the following tools to help users manage their betting habits:

• Deposit limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;
• Loss limit — limit the amount you can lose within a given period;
• Session time limit — set a limit on how long you can remain in a gaming session;
• Temporary break — suspend your account for between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
